The Fitzgibbons Family is synonymous with Toowoomba’s hotel industry.

For 80 years (and four generations), they’ve been pouring beers and sharing a good laugh with patrons. The original hotel was established in the late 1800s as the Caledonian before becoming Toowoomba’s Post Office in the 1930s.
