For wholesome, sustainable, plant-based and unrefined food, Little Seed ticks all the boxes. From the couple who gave Firefly café to Toowoomba a few years ago, Little Seed has sprouted a new generation of followers with its fiercely local, seasonal focus.
All items on the menu are free from dairy products, are gluten-free, and unrefined.
Produce is sourced from local market gardens and producers around the Toowoomba area – most of it organic or chemical-free. In addition to breakfast, lunch and coffee Wednesday to Sunday, the café is also doing Friday night dinner.
In your Supreme Roasters coffee, expect delicious housemade almond or coconut milk, and treats such as a housemade “macadamia cheese” on the menu.
