Listed on both the National and Queensland heritage register, Myall Park Botanic Garden a repository for biological treasures from all around Australia. The garden features Australian plants from semi-arid, arid and dry tropical regions set in natural settings.
The Garden collection is unique as it still includes specimens selected by Dave Gordon, George Althofer, Harvey Shaw and others, planted as early as the 1940s. The Myall Park Botanic Garden Art Gallery houses Dorothy Gordon’s original watercolours and stages temporary exhibitions.
