Bunyip Springs Farm Stay | Maidenwell, Queensland.

Located just over two hours from Brisbane, Bunyip Springs Farm Stay gives your family the opportunity to experience the laid-back rural lifestyle on a 250 hectare working cattle property. The whole family can participate in the morning and afternoon farm activities such as;

  • Feeding the ducks and hens
  • Gathering the eggs
  • Milking the house cows
  • Feeding and patting the house cow calves
  • Feeding the horses

The picturesque property is bordered by two creeks, so in some seasons you may even spot a platypus near the creek bed. There are three self-contained accommodation options at the farm: The Cottage, The Unit and The Lodge. The Lodge from its perch on the hill has a great outlook over the rambling hills and bushland plateau. It offers ample kitchen and living areas for larger groups (up to nine). The Cottage is a little three bedroom 1926 cottage and is very comfortable and warm in the chilly winter climate. The Cottage includes two Queen bedrooms, one twin share room with two single beds. Finally, the Bunyip Springs Farm Stay Unit is situated in a central position, close to the farmyard activities. This two bedroom fully self-contained unit is suitable for a single guest, couple or small family of four.
