Share Weddings / Conferences / Venues / Cassis at BooieCassis at Booie is a function centre in the South Burnett Region, offering views from the back deck, across the Booie range, towards the Glass House Mountains and the Sunshine Coast.
We cater for all functions small or large, from weddings to birthday parties and corporate events such as pharmaceutical educational workshops.
We offer degustation menus, dinners or lunches, cocktail menus, and use seasonal and mostly local products, which are innovative and delicious.
Fresh produce picked fresh from the farm to the table on the same day.
Cassis is owned and operated by Chef Wayne Smith and his partner Emmanuelle Delauney. Together they bring to the region a wealth of knowledge and experience, both having worked in the UK and Europe as well as many parts of Australia.
