Merivale was awarded two silver medals at the 2017 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, demonstrating the quality, excellence and consistency of the substantial Merivale pork supply.

Aaron and Scott and their team manage a 1050 sow ‘farrow to finish’ pork operation at two sites; Allora and Bell in The Darling Downs, Queensland. Merivale guarantees an uninterrupted supply of premium, award-winning Pork. The Darling Downs is one of Australia’s key agricultural regions, noted as an exceptionally fertile region – and highly regarded for its ‘clean and green’ image.

Aaron Scheid is a delegate of Australian Pork Ltd and is currently undertaking a two-year scholarship program with the Australian Rural Leadership Program. In 2016 Aaron was selected as 1 of only 8 farmers in this region by Food Leaders Australia to participate in the Western Downs Export Opportunity Program.
Merivale Farms, founded in 1980, by Aaron and Scott’s parents, is a member of The Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise [TSBE], Food Leaders Australia (FLA) and a member of Tourism Darling Downs also.
