The Muller Bros building has tremendous history dating back to the early 1900s.

Now reincarnated as Muller Bros Rooftop Bar, Restaurant & Cafe, the new team has added another chapter to the building’s already diverse story. Toowoomba’s first open air rooftop bar offers a fashionable cocktail menu, beer and wine on tap. The restaurant, serving a Brazilian-inspired Churrasco BBQ menu, is also a city-first.

The Muller Bros Café is open seven days, and serves coffee, tea, juices and shakes, as well as delicious hot and cold food.
