At Cooby Wines we focus on producing small volumes of the finest wines. This allows us to focus on quality and handcraft something special for your enjoyment. Ripe grapes, the best yeasts and the finest quality oak is always used.  Minimal chemicals and preservatives are used throughout the process to maximise varietal flavors. You can’t make great wine from poor grapes so we focus on growing the very best grapes possible.

At Cooby Wines not only do we grow all our own grapes we also make all wines on site in our boutique winery.

Our vineyard and winery is located 20km north of Toowoomba.
