Share Accommodation / Restaurants / Dining Guide / Motels & Hotels / The Town HouseThe Town House Motor Inn & Restaurant nestled in the heart of Goondiwindi offers premium accommodation and dining.
The Inn offers well-appointed and spacious motel rooms in a variety of configurations with all the amenities. Relax by taking a dip in the pool or a short stroll to the local shops.
It’s always a joy to find a menu like the one here at The Town House when on the road. Portuguese spiced lamb shank is put with a pearl couscous salad with coriander and a garlic aioli; crispy pork belly with a mustard mash, apple puree and wilted spinach, roasted carrots and a red wine jus.
The chef runs regular themed nights and degustation dinners that are a hit with locals and visitors to town. Owners Lisa and David Lloyd take a pride in providing a friendly stopping point – and a well-stocked bar – for weary travellers. They cite having the governor of Queensland Paul de Jersey and his wife Kaye to stay and dine as a recent highlight.
