Attractions and Tours / Heritage / Cedarvale

Cedarvale is a slab hut museum made from hand-sawn cypress pine logs, and located next to the National Park. The building, which is more than 100 years old, was formerly a cottage built for William Alexander McClelland at Bell. Inside is a collection of memorabilia from the settler history of the Bunya Mountains area, which was formerly a major timber felling area.
Manned by volunteers, Cedervale is open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on most Saturdays.
