Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery was established in 1937, making it the oldest public art gallery in regional Queensland. The Gallery houses three permanent collections — The Fred and Lucy Gould Collection, The Lionel Lindsay Gallery and Library, and the Toowoomba City Collection. Closed Mondays (except Carnival Monday) and public holidays
