Attractions and Tours / Galleries, Theatres & Museums / Laidley Pioneer Village and Museum
The Laidley Pioneer Village is situated south of the town on the site of the original resting paddock used by the teamsters for the Cobb & Co horses. The village recreates a picture of Queensland rural life in the early 1800s and comprises the old gaol, the post office, the butcher, school house, DesJardins cottage, the blacksmith shop and the church.
